Our goal is to create an intriguing taste that causes you to want to eat more. Our salads are a collage of multiple proteins from various sources. Kale is always used for each salad and many times combined with other greens, such as arugula, chard, turnips, or mustard greens. Our salads contains a variety of spices and herbs.
